Our Story

Andrew and Wanda Kay Robinson launched a national evangelistic ministry shortly after their marriage on May 10, 1984. A few years later, they planted and faithfully pastored a thriving church in Roanoke, Virginia, for nearly a decade. In January 1997, they relocated their ministry to Charleston, Illinois, where Andrew served as pastor of New Life Apostolic Church for the next ten years.
In April 2007, they founded ACTS Campus Ministry at Eastern Illinois University. Their work with young leaders in campus ministry, and their discernment of the calling and potential within these students, ultimately led them to establish Christ Ministries School of Divinity, which has offered a 2-year Master of Divinity degree since January 2013.
From their teenage years to the present day, the Robinsons have demonstrated a deep and enduring hunger to honor, serve, and love Jesus with all their hearts, always seeking to put Him first in every aspect of their lives and ministry. When asked, “What can we do for Jesus, who has done so much for us?” they respond with conviction:
“No trip is too far, if by taking that trip a soul can be won.
No expenditure is too much, if by making that expenditure a soul can be won.
No suffering is too intense, if by suffering a soul can be won.
No sacrifice is too great, if by sacrificing a soul can be won.”
